S355 carbon steel plates have a wide ranges of uses

There is a wide demand for construction steel. Most is supplied in the form of sections (Universal beams, columns, HEA etc) which are out of Oakley Steel’s scope of supply. These are used in buildings, bridges, cranes etc.

Oakley Steel supplies a variety of structural and construction steels. These include S235, S275 and S355 in plate form for normal use. We also supply some high yield plates – S690QL, S890QL and S960QL for applications where high high yield strength is important.
