We stock a wide range of EN10225 S420G2+M offshore steel plates. These high strength plates are used in the offshore oil and gas industry, for wind farms and FPSOs where there is a requirement for a high strength steel that is resistant to the additional corrosion from the environment.

We keep a large stock of S420G2+M plates in our Oosterhout warehouse – less than 1 hour drive from Antwerp – and these are available for immediate dispatch to all Asian ports.

Many S420G2+M plates come with Z35 through testing as standard, those that don’t can be easily tested before dispatch. Like all our offshore plates these are produced by Dillinger Hutte and so have exceptionally low Phosphorous and Sulphur content leading to improved performance.

There is no minimum order quantity but customers typically take advantage of the our stock of wide plates to minimise the number of welds required in their project. The plates are up to 3.5m wide and 14m long which can provide significant time and cost saving in welding

Other offshore grades available include S355G10+M, S355G8+M, API 2W-50, S460G2+M and S460ML
