Boiler Plate Specialists
We specialize in a A516 pressure vessel steel in grades 60 and 70 and have a wide range of sizes and thicknesses available with MTCs available on demand. To complement this we also supply A516 plate resistant to Hydrogen Induced Cracking (HIC Resistant steel plate)which is especially useful for customer processing oil with a high sulphur content. Our third core product is A387 Chromium Molybdenum alloy steel plate which is suitable for many high temperature pressure vessel applications at a fraction of the cost of traditional stainless steel grades
As a niche steel provider we focus on a limited number of grades to ensure a wide range of plates, good availability and a competitive price. In ASTM A 516 we have access to grades 60 and 70, whilst in ASTM A 387 we can offer grades 5, 11, 12 and 22. We also offer a large tonnage of HIC resistant steel plate to ASTM A516 in grades 60, 65 and 70.

Our boiler plate steel is all from Western European manufacturer and the vast majority comes from Germany,France or Belgium. It is certified to EN10028 3.1 or 3.2 and can be further tested to your specific requirements.
